SHIPPING, RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Shubhla, we strive to ensure every purchase made on our website is a smooth and satisfying experience. Each product is carefully inspected and packed to maintain the highest quality standards.

However, due to the handcrafted and premium nature of our products, all returns and exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis and remain at the sole discretion of Shubhla.


1. Exchange & Return Eligibility

If you wish to request an exchange, please notify us within 72 hours of receiving your order.

To process your request, please share:

  • Order number
  • Delivery address
  • Clear photographs of the product
  • Reason for exchange or return

The product must be:

  • Unused
  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • With original tags intact
  • Returned in original packaging along with invoice copy

Failure to meet these conditions may result in rejection of the exchange request.


2. Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive:

  • A damaged item
  • A manufacturing defect
  • A wrong product

Please notify us within 72 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

After review, we will:

  • Re-fulfil your order with the same product, OR
  • Offer a similar product (if approved), OR
  • Issue an e-credit note if the item is out of stock

All decisions will be taken after internal quality verification.


3. Credit Notes

If you choose not to exchange your product, a Credit Note will be issued.

  • Valid for 6 months from date of issue
  • Redeemable only on Shubhla.com
  • Non-transferable and non-refundable

Shipping charges and processing fees are non-refundable and will not be included in the credit value.


4. Home & Living Products

Home & Living items are eligible for return only in case of genuine manufacturing or quality defects.

Returns for aesthetic preferences, minor color variations, or personal choice will not be accepted.


5. Reverse Pickup & Return Shipping

Where available, we may arrange reverse pickup through our logistics partners.

Please note:

  • Reverse pickup is available only once per order.
  • It may not apply in cases where free shipping was provided.
  • If reverse pickup is unavailable in your location, you will need to courier the product back to us at your own expense.

Products purchased online cannot be returned or exchanged in-store (if applicable).


6. Non-Returnable Orders

The following purchases are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Sale items
  • Discounted products
  • Products purchased using gift vouchers
  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • International orders

7. International Orders

International orders are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

If a customer refuses to pay customs duties or fails to collect the shipment, Shubhla will not be liable to refund any amount for such orders.

Custom duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.


8. Failed Delivery

Exchange or return will not be accepted if:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address was provided
  • There were 3 failed delivery attempts
  • The package was refused at delivery

9. After We Receive Your Return

Once the returned product reaches our warehouse:

  • The item will undergo quality inspection.
  • Upon approval, exchange or credit note will be processed within 7 working days.
  • You will receive email notifications regarding status updates.

All communication will be sent to the email ID used while placing the order.


CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not been shipped.

If eligible, a credit voucher will be issued, redeemable on Shubhla.com within 60 days.

Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled.
